Who handles your data

What is collected

Only the email address you enter, the date you subscribed and the country you subscribed from, taken from your connection. The site uses no cookies and no tracking tools.

Why

To send you the newsletter, one email every 3 days, based on the consent you give by subscribing and confirming your email.

Where the data is stored

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and keeps the subscriber list.
• Resend, which sends the emails.

Both may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long it is kept

For as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is marked as unsubscribed and you get nothing else. If you want it deleted entirely, write to the address above.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
